Artist's Comments

Yet another flower shot, taken again in natural lighting. Cropped, but otherwise un-manipulated.

I like the soft lighting, which provides contrast within the crevices of each petal. Good job.

I like the lightning on the left flower, but I think the other ones are too dark.

I like how the light hits only one small part of the center on the left flower. You get to see a lot of the shapes that conform it, bringing a lot of details to the pic. Too bad all that is lost on the others.

The petals look great, but some are very desorganised, making the flower lose some of its beauty. It might have something to do with the hour you took the picture, the poor ones have been all morning and some of the afternoon receiving sun.

This is really great work, nice perspective and lighting.

Life is intrinsically, well, boring and dangerous at the same time. At any given moment the floor may open up. Of course, it almost never does; that's what makes it so boring.

Thanks again. I really liked the shadows in this photo, which is originally why I took it.

The bouquet I bought probably wasn't in the best of shape, which explains why it was only 5 dollars, so some of the flowers were a little wilty or crushed. I actually think that that adds to the picture, though. The slight imperfections in the flowers. Difference of opinions, I suppose. :D Thanks, though!

I love the chrisp sharpness of the white petals, and with no manipulation! Even better :D
